How do I take CBD?

Taking Re-Frame CBD oil is simple, for best results we recommend taking a quarter of a pipette (found in the lid of our bottles) twice daily. Drop the oil under your tongue and hold for around 30 seconds before swallowing. You can make this part of your morning and evening routine.

Our CBD oil can be taken long term. Our founders have been using Re-Frame ‘Rest’ daily for over 6 months and have felt the long term benefits. If you feel like you are managing your stress, anxiety and sleep for an extended period, you can then reduce your CBD intake accordingly.

How often do I take CBD oil?

To get the best results from our CBD oil, we recommend taking a 1/4 of a pipette twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening as part of your routine.
