If you wish to cancel or change your order after placing it please email us at info@reframewellness.uk within 30 minutes of placing the order and our customer happiness team will do their best to accommodate.

Any order that has already been processed cannot be cancelled, so we cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled.

Given health & food safety compliance management, we are unable to accept returns of CBD products purchased on our site.
